It is most important that you find out the results of any test performed.
Please make an appointment to see your doctor to receive your test results, this can be a Face to Face or a Telehealth Appointment..
Reminder System
Livingstone Street Clinic is committed to supporting doctors to provide preventative care. Your doctor will seek your permission to be included on the reminder system. We may be issued a reminder notice from time to time, on behalf of your doctor, offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please let your doctor or reception know.
